Media, Conservatives & liberals

When it comes to media and what you read about in today’s newspapers and on TV, such as CBC you’ll see a big difference between what you hear from the liberals and Justin Trudeau and what you’ll hear about Conservatives and Erin O’Toole. If you watched CBC today, you never even heard the word “Opposition.” When Stephen Harper was PM, you would listen to Terry Milewski. When he reported, he would always refer to The Opposition, which included the liberals. It was like they mattered and were important, that their opinion was worth listening too. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Liberal Party. Today, the word Opposition is not even used, or heard on the airwaves, Let alone the name Erin O’Toole. He’s not a very popular guy, let’s keep it that way. Ask anyone in Toronto who the Leader of the Opposition is and the percentage becomes less than fifty percent.

It’s ERIN O’TOOLE.

The reason is because Justin Trudeau and the liberals are back in power. They’re right where we want them. This became very relevant two weeks ago. The beginning of the week began when we started hear about Carolyn Bennett sticking her foot in her mouth by responding to Jody Wilson Raybould and her criticism of the PM and his desire for a summer election and she responded on Twitter by saying that money and a later election are the motivating factors behind Jody’s tweet by saying “Pension?” If this is the liberals fault, which it is, well let’s hide it so no one sees or hears about it. Nothing shows up on the screen. No nothing from the Opposition, no apology from Dr. Carolyn Bennett who’s been an MP since the days of Jean Chretien’s Government in the incredibly safe haven of Toronto (1997). The fewest seats the liberals have ever had since then is 32 seats. But she has always won. Of course, what else would you expect from Toronto. She definitely has her pension in hand, and definitely tons of money after retirement. This story was starting to get momentum until just a few days later Catherine McKenna announced she was retiring from politics.

Wanna guess how much coverage she got?

Lots and lots of coverage. She was retiring. What’s more important than that? And on and on it went. They talked to her friends and colleagues for the rest of the afternoon. If this was Stephen Harper or Erin O’Toole, we’d still be hearing about it. The Opposition would be getting prime time coverage, and every media scrum would have reporters asking if the Conservative MP was going to resign or the PM asking for an apology. When it comes to liberals, nothing is blown out of proportion, with Conservatives it’s an outrage.

Liberals have to explain for themselves, with Conservatives it’s them verses the liberals and Mainstream Media.

It’s hard to get yourself known again when the odds, The Media is against you. It’s like climbing an uphill battle. Which is why liberals stay in power much longer than Conservatives. Take a look at Toronto.

Image is almost everything.

We need a Conservative movement, a Conservative Media, and respect from the others. If I ran as a Candidate for the Conservative Party in Toronto, I want to know that I can win. It’s hard work and it cost money, but I want to know that I can win as well. I think there needs to be a change to the Broadcasting Act to support both sides of the story. Erin O’Toole has already promised repeal Bill C-10. Which is legislation to regulate the Internet. Done by CRTC. Which, if successful would make things like bloggingtories.ca look like CBC. Or be made to be too expensive. Who wants to pay to set-up a Conservative blog site? Maybe not now but it’s coming. Soon. In her book, Co-Author Tasha Kheiriddin, Rescuing Canada’s Right, said that most of the Main Stream Media today is mostly liberal supporting. This includes CBC and BBC in the United Kingdom, which means they’re taking their usual shots at PM Boris Johnson. Up to now the liberals never touched the Internet, it was always free to go wherever it wanted. That’s about to change. Which is why you’re seeing Erin O’Toole promise to scrap it. The liberals always relied on the MSM to get it’s message out. Now, it’s about to make the Opposition weaker. We can’t have that.

We should stop it from happening.

It will be no surprise that the Toronto Star will be endorsing Justin Trudeau and these liberals again, And again. Also that they hate Police and Conservatives even more. One time in their editorial they said Stephen Harper was Anti-Quebec and Anti-Ontario. Among other things. Which surprised me because I thought he was born and raised in Toronto? What else would you expect from a Newspaper that’s in bed with the liberals. I am ultimately doing this for Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor. Because, there’s very little coverage of them these days and I think that as long as there is a liberal Govt. in Ottawa, they will remain behind bars in a Chinese Prison.

Erin O’Toole and a Conservative Gov’t. can change that.

But definitely people have forgotten about those two. I’m Praying for them. I’m not sure if a Conservative Government will make a difference, but, Justin Trudeau won’t. I continue to pray for them. The biggest difference you’re seeing is these public opinion polls. Which has the liberals way out in front. Erin O’Toole seems stuck at 28 percent. Nothing he says is making a difference. I’m wondering, how do you let a guy get away with things like Jody Wilson Raybould, an insult by one of Trudeau’s Minister’s, all of Trudeau and Covering up so nobody sees what’s below the surface, Bill C-10 which regulates the Internet, and he’s still riding high in the polls? Remember this,

It’s hard to lose with lots of people on your side.

And when this reign is over, that same media is going to turn on the Conservatives. I hope it ends soon. Trudeau that is. And we can trust Erin O’Toole. Conservatives want the same things as us Canadians. We want people to know that we are proud people. With a proud reputation. If you’re in a fight with someone, you’ll want Canadians on your side. And a liberal Gov’t will make sure that Soldiers are dismantled and disarmed. Can’t get there without some help. What a pathetic joke. I once read that Canada had a puzzling low reputation throughout the World. You can see this within NATO, G-7, G-20. You can see the United States pays very little attention to Canada because our military strength is so weak it’s insignificant. In WW2 it was strong. Canada had a strong Navy that guarded the Atlantic Ocean. Lots of U-Boats out there. It was as strong as Britain, and United States. We had sailors that were skilled and very brave Not anymore. We have no Aircraft Carriers whatsoever. In fact,

Australia has a bigger navy.

What may surprise you is that the Australian Government doesn’t even do any procurement. They have no Procurement Minister (Hello Anita Anand) on any equipment they may buy. That decision is left to Officers in the Service. The Government, foots the bill. Therefore, it shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone that they have MORE equipment and have a BIGGER BUDGET than we do, as well as men and women serving more. Or that they have a better reputation than Canada. If you can do more, than you should expect to be doing more. More often. Afghanistan, Iraq, hot spots around the World. Working with Superpowers like United States and United Kingdom. Not Canada. Peacekeeping? We’re not even doing that! When a smaller Country like Australia can come in and invade Canada for our oil and rich resources, well that speaks for itself. It’s these liberals that are responsible for this. As strange as it may seem, a strong Military makes the biggest difference in the World. It’s what gives us respect. A strong Defense would have protected and/or prevented Michael Kovrig and Spavor from being kidnapped by Chinese Authorities and Incarcerated. Who’s the bad guy in that? There’s lots of ways to help other people in other Countries. Without going to war. Right now we’re living on reputation. Thanks to these liberals who kept our soldiers down and wants to keep it that way. Right now, there are more Canadian Companies that are building tanks and equipment for the U.S. Military than for ours. No kidding. They must be a big customer of theirs. Let’s build our own. First.
