Maybe you’ve seen these from elections in the past, but nobody should be paying attention to any of these Teachers Unions and their commercials. There’s one advertisement making the rounds here on the Internet which I’ve seen. Already, he hasn’t been elected Premier, but it hasn’t stopped the Teachers’ Unions from taking their shots at Doug Ford. This is wrong. In 2003, I was seeing for the first time, Opposition members opposing the Government, and also Teachers Unions, using their own money to criticize the current Governing Party which was Ernie Eves/Mike Harris and the Progressive Conservatives. There’s certain things we need to remember.

First. We live in a Democracy. Teachers Unions may like liberals without really mentioning anything about it, but in a Democracy WE, the taxpayer elect who leads the people for the next four years, not Teachers.

Next, Teachers work for the Government, not the other way around. You answer to us, because we are paying you to do a job, to teach our children, and the money you make is taxpayers money. You didn’t inherit it.

Further, It’s morally wrong to try to influence the outcome of an election, which is exactly why Donald Trump is in trouble because of the Russian Scandal and their influence on getting the Trump elected.

Further on, We know that Teachers are doing this because of money, but do you not honestly think that your yearly income isn’t high enough? Governments Represent People, not unions.

You have already come out with commercials and your opinion on the yet to be elected Doug Ford. What will you be saying when God Willing, Doug Ford is elected Premier, and in another 4 years, another election is called, what will you be saying than? Probably a lot worse, a lot more of everything mean, rotten and horrible about this Progressive Conservative Government. To this I say, there’s something wrong when there’s money to be spent on commercials but nothing for kids and schools. Something wrong with that statement? I don’t. Just look at the big picture.

Mind your own business. Stay out of our elections and don’t try to influence them, because I won’t be listening any commercials from you people. The only say you get is the you vote you cast and nothing else. Stay in the classroom!

Liberal Debt.

Today seems to be about the liberal Debt. Ontario’s Auditor General Bonnie Lysak says the liberals tried to “Fix” the books so the deficit would look smaller than planned. So, the Finance Minister said in his budget it was $6.7 Billion (That’s 1.1 billion more than the Tory’s deficit in 2003 that was on the front page of the Star), but the AG says it’s actually $11.7 billion. And guess what, this Government hired an outside firm, how much money is that, to try to prove that the Auditor General is wrong. Like, how much money does the Government have to waste? like, actually waste. We as citizens must realize that government are people and they MUST know when they’re spending too much, right? I mean, I know when I spend to much. This is why we have budgets. In the Toronto Star, Robert tackles this issue on page A-10 of his column, Bonnie Lysyk is on nine, which is a great way of hiding the pieces so people don’t read it. But you got to admit, knowing more about the Van attack on Yonge street is more important. That should be front page. Maybe it’s okay for today. In it, he mentions about pensions (I don’t know who’s pensions they’re talking about), being in a deficit and that money for pensions can be a surplus also, and it can be used as a way of lowering the deficit. Maybe it’s because they don’t have to pay the pension money out to perhaps Teachers, Government workers etc. immediately and they can keep it, or spend it for themselves. I’m not sure how government spends it’s dough. But the Auditor General wanted nothing to do with that.

The government was using this money as an Asset. A surplus. Extra money in other words. Why? They would have to pay out the money eventually. And let’s not forget. Kathleen Wynne and liberals in general tend to support Big Government which means more money, more employees, more money set aside for pension. This is why you hear things like Doug Ford promising to fire the CEO of Ontario Power Generation who makes over $1.5 million dollars a year. And the Sunshine List has more names added to it. I’d like to see how liberals defend more spending to government spending. This I mean when they are in Opposition.

The columnist also mentioned the Tory deficit from 2003. I went digging for it and added it to this post. The one difference is the Truth that people tell. While liberal supporting newspapers like this one will tell of how awful the Tories act, they won’t tell how how awful the liberals are acting too.

They are all politicians, the people in general don’t trust them. A police officer has more trust and respect than a politician. And if, for example the Police Officer, Constable Ken Lam who was admired for not shooting the suspect in a high stakes take down, actually shot the suspect and killed him, The Toronto Star would be having a field day with the Police and how awful they are and their lack of training and shoot first, ask questions later attitude, to cover up for liberals soft on criminals agenda.

It’s a good thing we don’t listen to these reporters. It is so biased, it’s awful to read what these people at One Yonge Street print. Honestly, I believe that this Police Officer’s actions proves that Police Training is excellent, that it doesn’t have to change (they are highly trained), and represents the excellence of our Police and Front line Staff that we should probably do things like ignore the Toronto Star. They are the problem. Not us.

Sorry for getting a little off topic. We will judge these liberals for who they are. And my guess is they will be out soon. June 7 to be exact. Here is the latest:

Ont. liberals under Investigation.

You’ve probably heard Kathleen Wynne making so many announcements and promises the last few weeks. She’s been doing it all on our money. That’s wrong, it’s against the rules of Election Canada and in the Province of Ontario. And now, the Ontario PC Party have filed a complaint to Elections Ontario. The government can’t do this on taxpayers money, it must be done and be paid for by her political party. During an election campaign. That’s how desperate the liberals are.

She is of course targeting PC Leader Doug Ford, while making announcements about government functions. Frank Klees, a former MPP, said in the last three weeks, the liberals have held campaign style announcements on the taxpayers dime, at a cost of about $292,500, Klees said. He said the liberals have had 39 events in the last three weeks, at an average cost of $7,500 per event.

That means she’s had about two or three events a day. 

At our expense. It’s probably a definite sign that she’s feeling the heat, getting desperate, she knows the time is getting short. Time is running out. YES IT IS–Finally.

On April 18th, she made the comments to the media about the comparison to Doug Ford and Donald Trump. But the announcement was suppose to be about increased hospital funding. But, the Right Wing Party actually complained to Elections Ontario two days before this announcement. Monday, April 16, 2018.

Ontario Election. Watch Out.

You’d better watch out for the mud, accusations, bribes, cover-ups, coming in this Ontario Election. Already we’ve heard Mr. Doug Ford talk about 3 liberal MPP’s who won’t running in this election campaign.

Kathleen Wynne thanked the members for their service, Doug accused them of “Jumping Ship” at a time when the liberal ship was sinking. LOL. I might agree with that. There’s a liberal commercial making the rounds of what it would be like with Doug Ford as Premier.You know the type, Tax cuts for rich people, Minimum wage cut and taken away from hard working people, fire forty thousand government employees they say includes teachers and nurses. That being said, I wouldn’t mind losing a few teachers. He would also cancel abortion, won’t address Climate Change. But let’s not forget,

Ontario is receiving Equalization Payments from Newfoundland & Labrador. 

That’s right! You may wonder about this, but a tiny little little province with a population of 528,448 people is giving Equalization payments to Ontario. Is that wrong? I think it is. It’s the way that this liberal government is running things. Former Prime Minister Brian who knows a thing or two about politics says this is wrong. We are the engine that drives Canada. But not anymore. They say that this is the Ontario that Doug Ford wants, but liberals want us to stay broke, keep borrowing, go deeper into debt because we can. Our Equalization dollars from Eastern Provinces will bail us out. We’ll also raise taxes when we need to. So let’s ask. Tax dollars are what’s used to provide Government Services to people.

Do you want tax dollars used to pay for Ontario’s Debt?

Or do you want Doug Ford and the Progressive Conservatives to bring us back to Prosperity again? No more debt. Maybe cuts to government services, lower taxes, more jobs in the Province but not a Minimum Wage increase. Prosperity, No Equalization Payments whatsoever. You should note that we’re not really hearing from these Teachers Unions or any commercials from them. We shouldn’t listen to them, it’s government officials who are conducting negotiations on behalf of the People of Ontario. It’s us taxpayers who are paying teachers to provide a service to our children. And in case you didn’t know, A teacher in this Province is making an average salary of $83,500, but you should also note that there are many more that are over the $100 thousand mark. They’re all on that Sunshine list. Maclean’s Magazine counted in the Hamilton region

There are 88 Teachers in the Hamilton-Wentworth region alone that are making $100,000.

If you want to say that Kathleen Wynne did everything to add to that Sunshine listed people making over a hundred grand, well she did on heck of a job. There’s Thousands of Teachers in this Province. Just wait till the liberals get back in power.

It said many of the teachers are department Heads which means they get an extra $5,471 for overseeing their departments. The highest a teacher can make is $94,622 per year.

I say in fairness that these teachers do extra work teaching classes after school in Continuing Education at night or over the course of the summer.

I would honestly say that these Teachers earn their money. But, they shouldn’t get involved in political campaigns. We elect politicians like Doug Ford and Conservatives, not Teachers and their agendas. And I think honestly that Conservatives negotiate fairly with Teachers Unions because they work for their money. And they do make a good income.

In closing, you may want to vote liberal. I’m not. Hopefully I’ll be volunteering for the PC Candidate in this Riding to help her get elected. That’s Nina Tangri. But choose what future you want. The Trudeau legacy. Marijuana?

I would like to note for the record that I do not smoke, I quit the awful habit 9 years ago. 

This fulfillment of a promise is one the federal liberals are going to keep. Legalizing marijuana. I think it’s wrong and should be revoked. This is foolish thinking but the liberals think that if we legalized the stuff than the Conservatives, if and when they win  enough seats to form a government, will never contemplate making the stuff illegal again. So once it becomes legalized, it’ll stay that way. Thus, it will make a legacy for the liberals who also, brought in the Constitution of Canada and Metric Measurement. Things that are still around today and tomorrow. Liberals mess up every so often with scandals but they did do some things well. Things that define Canada. Conservatives need to do the same. The best thing they made is Free Trade.

So, Andrew Scheer needs some ideas that will stay around for decades.

But marijuana is not a good idea. I read recently that the government is cutting funding to Anti-Smoking groups. The Non-Smokers Rights Association (NSRA) and Physicians for a Smoke Free Canada. (PSA) will receive no funding from the Government this year. They had anticipated receiving $11 million this year 2018 and $16 million the next. These two groups work hard to keep the next generation of kids from ever starting to smoke. I think that’s very huge. But without them, they fear the next generation will be lost. More smokers, more cancer, more health and lung and heart problems. This is what this government doesn’t think of. The future. Our kids. I personally remember seeing kids I went to school with who were smoking. Back then you could buy cigarettes at 16 years old. I remember a smoking section in school. Today I don’t think it would be there because the kids are to young.

So why talk about this subject? Well if you think about it, I’m not trying to be foolish to think of this, but, It looks silly even for a government to fund Anti smoking groups when it’s about to legalize pot. Is that foolish? Yes, I think it is. Just think of what this is going to do to our kids. It’s not something I want to be associated with. If Trudeau wants this as a legacy, it should be said that he’ll be responsible for every person and their heart disease, every person that gets high on marijuana, every teenager who gets into a car and drives away. The health causes from smoking the stuff, and the kids who smoke because there was nobody to tell them that it was bad for them.

Is this what he wants for a legacy?

His Dad, Pierre E. Trudeau had a better one because he created things that wouldn’t harm anyone or have a burden on the healthcare system. Andrew Scheer should do the same, like Free Trade. Perhaps he should create wealth and resources from one Province like Alberta and it’s oil deposits and send it to British Columbia and other provinces. Ontario and Quebec. It would bring down the price of gas in each Province. None of these Inter-Provincial Trade wars. But either way, It’s us, the people who are going to suffer the consequences. The healthcare costs, the people who get behind the wheel under the influence of alcohol and pot. We’ll be paying for this for the rest of our lives.

It should also be noted of the Toronto Newspaper that continually takes it’s shots at the police. It’s the liberals that make the law, not police. Put the blame where comes from.

Buying your vote to win the next election. June 7.

The recent Ontario Budget, is probably the worst example of trying to buy people’s vote. The message being, Vote for ME or Doug Ford will be taking all these goodies away such as prescription drugs and child care spaces. Forget that I put you billions of dollars in debt, that we get Equalization payments from Ottawa and other places to stay afloat, I’ll just say that I promise to bring you out of debt in a few years. After I’m re-elected Again and again. In other words, the liberals will say anything.

The worst quote must have come from Liberal MPP Bob Delaney, who said about the deficit, “It’s the right thing to do,” So, after a dumb remark like that, of course his comments didn’t make it on the front page of the Star. But if it were a different Government and Premier running things well, you get the picture. These reporters flock to Queen’s Park only to not report. Not say. So I’ll say. This guy said he was  PROUD to run deficits, that he would do it again and that it’s the responsible thing to do. I mean, HELLO! Staying in power is the most important thing now. That’s LIberal policy?

For the latest polls I can give you more exact details but maybe it’s not needed. All you need to know is that after a budget, a Throne Speech and  a million announcements promising more spending, she’s way behind Doug Ford and slightly ahead of Andrea Horwath. In a column today April 3/18 It said they are so so desperate, that they are trying to take away NDP votes, which is demonstrated in their budget. Take a look. Andrea Horwath said a while back in a press conference that if elected, an NDP Government would make Prescription drugs free. Her and the NDP are on record for that announcement. The Ravenous wolves (The media), asked questions about her election promise. What did Kathleen Wynne do, She promised the same. In fact, It was in the budget.

So you be the Judge.

I think you’d better believe that the liberals WANT your vote. OR ELSE! But the real bad news is this. How popular is Doug Ford? Very popular. So popular that  he’s better liked than Tim Hudak. Remember him? Yes, seems like a long lost memory doesn’t he? But yes, he’s more popular. So are the Tories. I’m going to say and venture a guess that the Progressive Conservatives look poised to win with just over two months to go. After fifteen years of liberal rule in Ontario, it’s coming to an end. Hope the PC’S can hold out for longer. We have to get rid of that deficit somehow don’t we? The latest:

Ford vs. Kathleen Wynne

The Star Editorial Board will likely again (and again) be endorsing Kathleen Wynne and these liberals in the upcoming June 7/18 Provincial. At least that’s what history teaches us and it’s what the Comment Section of their newspaper seemed to say today. Of course they hate Doug Ford. They gave marks to NDP Leader Andrea Horwath. And before I go further you should know the latest polls show the Progressive Conservatives with a big Lead in pretty much every part of Ontario. In just about every category, including leadership. Andrea Horvath is as popular as Kathleen Wynne. Doug Ford is more popular than both these ladies. Put it simply, your days are numbered Kathleen as Premier of this Province.

Let’s remember that there’s a budget coming next week. In it, the liberals may try something like shifting in that $15 dollars an hour minimum wage just in case they lose in June and to see if Doug has the gall and the courage to reverse it after the election is over. They will have a lot to lose though. It’ll prove they were willing to do anything to keep power. They had a throne speech. A day later she made another announcement about spending, this one on the deductible on prescription drugs. This, will no doubt make the Budget on March 27th. The Opposition, and anyone else listening thought the Throne Speech was inserted so the liberals could change some things at the last second, a couple of new goodies to be added to the budget. A throne Speech dictates what the government will do over the next year or two. So this is being done because of political reasons. They’re trying to save their necks from voters wrath. Read the Commentary and you hear nothing of the sort by this newspaper. Let’s not mention that this is political and that the liberals are only doing this to stay in power. They suggest that the Dental care was first Long Overdue, and second that Doug Ford should be supporting it. Really?

The Star seems to think that if we have a Health-Care system that covers the whole body, but finds it bizarre that it excludes the mouth and teeth. But let’s get this straight, Healthcare costs a lot of money doesn’t it. I heard that when Mike Harris was Premier that this Province Government was paying, get this, Over $1 million dollars an hour to fund the healthcare system in Ontario. The Star thinks we should be adding more for dental care? Higher taxes for our healthcare system? We should note that the Star acts like a tax and spend government. And that government should be there for people. Not Conservatives who want to scrap the cap-and-trade system, want smaller government and lower taxes. They’ll also produce balanced budgets and lower debt. Not like liberals. In fact, Justin Trudeau said before being elected that he would run a deficit. He held true to his word and even added more debt to his Government.

Doug Ford. The Star says, “He has the least to say about what they would do if they actually win on June 7th.” He has five simple points to voters.

1 lower hospital wait times, 2 cut hydro rates, 3 smaller government, 4 end cap-and-trade system, 5 reform sex-education in schools. Also, He’ll save $6 billion a year in costs through efficiencies and not lay off anyone. Well, if you’re planning smaller government than you must mean layoffs.

And the Star Editorial Board (SEB) say they don’t like it. They say his plan doesn’t add up. But when did 15 years of power, $billions$ of dollars in debt, An upcoming Budget with a DEFICIT Add up? Support even an ounce of liberal. They say the PC’s owe it to voters what they intend to do once in office which they call “A governmental miracle.” So, if according to the Star Editorial Board (SEB), they say they OWE it to taxpayers, does it mean they don’t deserve to be in power? Kathleen Wynne should be re-elected again. It’s time you people start seeing a liberal for who he/she is. A politician who won’t tell the truth. Who will say anything to get into power. Governments will run deficits, they will even campaign on these things. Newspapers do more harm by printing lies, to it’s readers, and I think anyone reading shouldn’t buy it, if it won’t tell the truth. Because, The Truth Matters.

The Star is actually holding Conservatives to a HIGHER standard than liberals.

That not fair, it’s not telling the truth, it’s like taking the same side all the time regardless of the circumstances. Why can’t they just support Right from Wrong. There was a time when the Star was profitable because of advertising. There was tons of it. And people were buying it. Not now though. I’ve heard they’re getting help from the Federal Government. I’d have to say they should stop supporting The Star. They don’t deserve it.

 

 

liberals put liberals first.

Here is a column that doesn’t spare this Ontario liberal gov’t. The title speaks for itself. Liberals put liberals first. And indeed, Dalton McGuinty did. It’s only now that we’re hearing about these coal firing plants which got cancelled by the McGuinty government. There were so many asking for more information on these two closures but the government refused. So, what did he do? He prorogued government, called an election (thus it would shut down any hearings on the scandal, McGuinty would resign and the liberals would choose a new leader. Which would be Kathleen Wynne. I don’t think we should underestimate Kathleen and her knowledge of the Coal Firing Plants. She was part of that government from the beginning. And it leaves me to wonder how these liberals were re-elected. Enough said. I don’t think they will do it again in 2018. I think people want change. But I honestly thought they wanted it before in the last election.

“The power that must be protected at any and all costs, opponents must be hobbled by any and all means, and that serving party interests comes above all else, legal, ethical or otherwise.”

So that means certain people like David Livingston, Laura Miller and apparantly the guy she was seeing, and Peter Wallace all took part in destroying some documents, which would make it impossible to prove any wrongdoing in closing these plants. So if there was any evidence, it would have to be found by witness account, of people working directly with the closure. McGuinty and the liberals would just hold court while in Parliament. Saying none of it is true, it’s a bunch of lies by the Opposition, they can’t prove anything. And it’s true, they can’t. Because any documents have been destroyed.

And if that MPP from across the floor asking so many questions about the Gas Plant Scandal suddenly loses his seat, it suddenly easier to breathe in the legislature. The priorities change, there’s new issues to tackle, then you never hear about gas plants. This is what liberals do to keep power. They keep power and change leaders. Take a look at what’s going on.

David Livingston’s job was to protect the Premier and the liberal Government from Scandal. He destroyed secret and sensitive work related documents, he’d been warned to preserve. This info could have been used by adversaries (like the Opposition), to bring down the government and get thrown out of power. I can’t prove it but I do think Kathleen knew something about this. Why is people’s hydro bills so expensive. They are trying to keep power. Also, look at Paul Martin who said he knew nothing about the Sponsorship Scandal. Do you think for a minute or so that the former PM Jean Chretien knew nothing about little or no money being used in Quebec to keep the French Province in Canada? I don’t think so. But I liked him too. He was a cool PM. I like looking up to guys taller than myself. I don’t like Kathleen Wynne so much.

  • There are teachers unions and a Government that pays money to the union so it can “afford” to pay during negotiations. Teachers unions are well the most wealthiest unions in the Country. They are invested in all kinds of Companies all over the World and is part owner of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Who is anyone trying to kid? They need expenses covered so they can pay for negotiations, for a new CBA? If a Conservative government were in power they would tell them to show up to bargain and pay for it yourself.

A Conservative Government can’t be shamed into covering expenses for any union. It’s taxpayers money. It would be like me asking my employer to pay for my expenses to get to work in my Rolls Royce everyday. Point being, that’s ridiculous. 

  • Hydro, is expensive for everyone. I personally pay for it in my rent. But it’s grossly inflated by government policies which subsidize hydro rates to keep the price of it down, until at least the end of the election, which is later this year (Thankfully). The price is being kept down by the government borrowing in new money which contributes to more debt, and so you should watch at the end of the election of the billions and billions of dollars the liberal government left for the Premier Elect and the new incoming Government.
  • Probably Patrick Brown. But, this is contributing to more debt and when it comes time to account for these things, the minister of Finance finds a way to hide it and proclaim a balanced budget. You should note that these liberals just did a  Cabinet shuffle in the last week. And Charles Sousa is the “new” Minister of Finance. Today, I heard him say on TV that he has a balanced budget. He said about 2 or 3 times. But when it comes time for a new Government and a new Finance Minister, what’s it going to be? A lot worse than what people imagined.
  • Minimum Wage going up to $14 an hour. And, IF the liberals stay in power it will become $15/hour. That’s the liberals gearing up for a new election. This is not wrong in itself. But a smart voter will vote against any raise and realize it’s better to have a job than to be looking for one. That’s exactly what will happen. Less jobs, more unemployment.

But remember that these long in the tooth liberals are doing this and the other things to stay in power. Just like the last time. It’s time to end this mess. These lies, debt, this greediness, this liberal power, higher taxes, scandals, unemployment, false bookkeeping, wage increases. They only protect themselves, and the party at whatever the price is to the public.

Keeping power at all costs.

In a letter by Bob Hepburn a columnist for the Star, he goes into the downright ridiculous, he suggests that Kathleen Wynne is headed to losership because people are using misogyny to form their opinion of the Premier. Is that ridiculous? One could say the Star has a lot of “bias” just because of the way it treated Ernie Eves and Stephen Harper. In this column he uses the word “Misogyny” which in the dictionary means, “hatred, dislike, or mistrust of women, or prejudice against women.” I have a point to make.

There was a recent by-election in Scarborough, Agincourt where the liberal candidate Jean Yip was the winner. Did the people have a mistrust or prejudice against Ms. Yip for winning? Or because she was a woman? Not likely. Yet this columnist suggest these same people are against women? In a by-election won by the liberals just 2 months ago. The truth is that riding has been liberal since 1988. Won by Jim Kargiannis. At the end of the column is says a quote from Hilary Clinton. We could be moving backwards for women in politics, but that’s the direction we’re going unless we act now. Bob suggest we have to act now, do what? change our attitudes toward women politicians such as Kathleen Wynne? That’s well ridiculous. And unless this liberal star newspaper changes it’s format, it’s going to find itself on the outside looking in. Today, I heard the Chief of Police Mark Saunders thank the members of the media for coming to his press conference to announce the arrest of somebody in a Police investigation. I’m sure he answered a lot of questions which takes patience. But just watch what the Soft on Crime liberal Star has to say about the Chief coming in the near future. I’m almost sure. Respect? It’s about time the Star cleaned up it’s act and started telling the truth. A verse in the Holy Bible says,

Keeping power at all costs shouldn’t be a prerequisite for support. This government is tired, and the people are fed up and now, much like in 2003 it was time for a change. The Star notwithstanding. So predictable as they are, they will come up with their lame old excuses of how great kathleen wynne is and these liberals, I’m glad nobody listens to them or buys their newspapers. The results can be seen in the amount of newspapers you see at the newpaper stand. It could be said my hearts desire and prayer (read romans 10:1) is that we can get rid of this newspaper at 1 yonge and stop the Poison that they spread each and every day. I don’t think we’re buying their newspaper as much.
