Non-Confidence Motion

The Conservatives will be bring forth a Confidence Motion even though Parliament will not resume sitting until later this month. January 27th. It may be possible that a vote on the motion can be done by January 30, 2025. But I don’t honestly think it will happen because that still puts Jagmeet Singh short of his pension.

And I think he still wants it.

So much so that he’s willing to bring his own political party through extremely unpopular times that could see all of them getting destroyed or obliterated in the next election. Watch what happens in the next confidence motion after February 25. You should see the Government fall after that. Not before. We should remember that Actions speak louder than words. And of course, Jagmeet Singh won’t tell you public what his motives and intentions are all about. But he does want that Parliamentary Pension. And that should be the objective. Look at his lifestyle. Look at the car he drives, the clothes he wears, the place he lives, the furniture in his place, his bank account.

He’s the opposite of what the ndp represents.

It’s important to remember one thing about him and the previous Leader, Jack Layton. The date and time. When Jack Layton voted in 2005 to bring Paul Martin and the liberal Govt. down he wasn’t eligible for a Pension. He certainly wasn’t thinking of it. And as it turns out Jack Layton was re-elected and remained an MP until 2011 when his death took people by surprise. One year before, I was privileged to have met him in downtown Toronto. We both exchanged greetings. Anyways, he handled things with Integrity. And that probably is the biggest difference. Jack Layton handled things with Integrity and he gained wonderful success in doing so. Jagmeet Singh is acting with greed. He’s not thinking of you, the voter, he’s not even thinking of those in his own political party. He’s a Leader and that means that if he’s going down, everyone below him will be going down as well. That’s bad leadership. If I was part of that, I would be doing something like what Chrystia Freeland did and resign.

I would be on record as the MP who voted to bring Justin Trudeau down

I would do this despite my Leader’s wishes because I don’t want to be caught in a sinking ship where the Leader doesn’t get re-elected. I don’t care about his pension. If Jagmeet Singh does vote to bring this Government down in the near future, I will say that I was wrong about this and I will offer my apology. For now, I don’t think so.
